Legal Question in Family Law in New York

child support

My live in boyfriend is going through child support proceedings. He recently lost his job now the judge asked him to bring my financial information (tax info). The child involved is not mine. Am I legally required to give my info?

Re: child support

If the Judge asked for your information, you are under no duty to provide same. If a Judge issued a subpoena for the information, you would have to provide subject to a motion to quash the subpoena.
