Legal Question in Family Law in New York

child support

I am married with two children and my husband lives with me. He will not give me child support. Can I take him to court even if he lives with me and we are legally married and what kind of form is it to be filled out?

Re: child support

He must support you and your children no matter where he lives. Go to the county courthouse today and complete and sign a child support and spousal support application. I mean go on Monday
