Can child support take money from spousal support payment?

Are you asking if the child support collections unit can take monies from you that you were planning to use for a spousal support payment? Your question is not very clear. If you owe child support, up to a certain percentage of your wage/benefit payments, CSU can garnish your wages and any benefits that you receive. They can also garnish bank accounts. They do not concern themselves as to what you intended to use that money for. I hope this helps.
