can a 2nd child support request from a differner mother affect the amount of a previous child support order?

Re: child support

Each parent can and does get a separate child support order. THe father must go back to family court for a modification based upon the number of children and his actual income but HE must initiate the request to the Family Court. It is not done automatically.
