Child Support NY

How does one take steps to force a deadbeat dad pay child support agreed by divorce degree. He has his own business (2) to be exact and does not pay support weekly. Claims poverty

It sounds like you need to file a violation petition in Family or Supreme court. If he does not pay he may face a "willfulness" finding and face the possibility of incarceration.
