Child support
if a party is required to pay child support, can that party refuse to identify income and earnings on the grounds of self incrimination?

Yes. But then the Court can do two things
it can obtain your income tax return from
the tax commission or, and this is much
worse, it can fix child support based upon
the "needs" of the child, and I can
assure you that the court will find that the
needs of the child finding is in excess of
whatever the CSSA percentage child support
would be
