child support
i took a paternity test to find out i have a daughter 4years ago i didn't know about.
my daughter is 14yrs old.do i have to pay support for her back to day one of when she was born?

No. Just from date of application.

If the mother is not on public assistance, then you are legally obligated to pay support from the date it was first requested, either in a paternity proceeding or in a child support proceeding.
If the mother is on public assistance, social services has a right to seek back support from the date the child first became a public charge. This ability is rarely used though.
