Legal Question in Family Law in New York
Child support
I am paying what I consider to be too much in support per week; $375.00 and I am currently unemployed. Even when I was employed I payed out more than I was taking home. Im not sure that I can afford an attorney but feel like I need representation. Any suggestions or reccomendations would be appreciated. Thank you!

Re: Child support
You have the right to seek a downward modification to have child support based on your current income.
If you need an attorney, you can try the local bar association.
