child support payment

Im presently paying child support for the amount of 104 dollars a week,so if a month has 5 fridays, should I pay $104 X5?----fratman

Weekly child support payments are calculated upon a 52 week in the calendar year (or 4.3 weeks/month), basis.

Therefore, you multiply your "weekly" child support obligation by 52 (or monthly child support by 4.3) to arrive at the aggregate annual or monthly amount due. Which you then pay, upon your weekly, biweekly or monthly income, accordingly.
