child support reduction

Income less than 20G - rcvd a judgement in watertown ny to pay $100 mo (43 child support bal for insurance). Submitted all documentation reflecting hardships to no avail. Is there any hope in reducing this amount.

Child support is based upon the amount of money you earn and is formular driven. In other words if you take your gross less fica it is 17% for one child, 25% for 2 children etc.

It is almost impossible to get a variance. Hardship is no excuse. On the table where you were at there was a chart. The court figures out the numbers from the chart.
