child support

i am having child support taking from my pay checks. the child in question is not my child although my name is on the brith certificate as the father.i was in prison at the time of her pregnancy and when said child was born.when my wife died my mother-in-law fought me for custody of all children and i have no parental rights to any of the children,only one is true blood,but not the one i am paying support for,all children have been adopted out and i have no visitation rights to any.how do i get out of this child support payments?
