child support
how many ways exist or what do i have to do so i will NOT pay child support for 2 children that their custody was taken from me

It does not matter whether a parent has custody or not.
Absent adoption by another, a parent's duty or obligation to support their children, until their child's majority (in NY 21yo) or emancipation, is inviolable.
