child support and working off the books

what is the procedure when the father of your child is only claiming halk his paycheck on his taxes and you want to collect child support?

If he only collects half is incjome on the books you may need to do some investigation on your own. there discovery procedures, such as subpoenas that would allow you to acquire additional about his income and assets. you may need to speak to an attorney to assist you.
