child support for 18 yr old

child age 18, dropped out of high school, dropped out of college and doesn't live with either parent and won't let support paying parent know her address. How long does non custodial parent need to pay support?

I would think that he is emancipated. You would have to go to Family Court to petition for discontinuing child support payments.
