Legal Question in Family Law in New York
Child Visitation
The mother of my child has changed attorneys 11 times. Every time there is a hearing. The case is in NY. Is there a statute that prohibits this?

No, but I would imagine that the Judge is getting annoyed.

No there is no statute that prohibits this. HOwever, in the interest of judicial economy she may not be granted any more adjournments if the court feels it is done to deliberately stall the case. If there is a prejudice to you then you should certainly raise this as a concern.
