child visitation rights

can i ask to have a judge and a court appointed child lawyer advocate changed if i feel i was treated unfairly because i am a woman and my husband is a man.

You may ask that the judge be removed if you believe there is bias or impropriety on behalf of the judge. However, the lawyer for your child is not your attorney, but if you believe there is the same sort of conduct you may also make the request of the law guardian. HOwever, there is no guarantee that they will be removed.

The law guardian is the attorney for your children and thus representing their interests, not yours. Although you can ask for their removal, the court will most likely not grant that request.
