Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My children are being abused, neglected raped and sotimized in Foster Care
My children first entered foster care in December of 2005 and from day one they were neglected and abused mentally,physically and emotionally and nothing have been done about it. my son had ringworms all on his back and head and he got this when they asked to cut his hair, the foster dad was beating him,and also he tried to jump out of the school window because the foster dad said he was going to kill him, a day care provider held his mouth and threw him on a table because he opened a fire door, another one shoked him because he wasn't listening, he was carrying very dangerous medication from one foster home to the next, achild threw a very big block that left a big bump on his head and it goes on and on.....my second child was beaten because he wet the bed,and right now there a 12 year old boy at the foster home there in was holding his mouth and nose so he can breath,punching him,slapping him and just hurting him all together just being very nasty to him. My daughter she was rapped and now sotimized by the same 12 year old that's hurting my youngest son.please help me there only 8,6,and 4 and I'm just trapped in the closet with this and no one to help there's lot's more but no room. no one would listen to them, there scared

There should be a law guardian who has been appointed. bring this to his attention.

Also, report this to the police immediately.
