Children

I'm leaving my husband i have 2 kids, I want to know if i can leave with my kids. Is there a law agaisnt leaving with the kids and later on send the divorce papers to my husband?

There is no law against leaving with your kids but you also do not have a right to do so (unless the chidren are in harms way).

If you move far away, your Husband will petition the court to have the children (not you) returned. May even petition for custody.

You should consult an attorney (giving all the facts) before doing this.
