Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Children removed from me... Drug tests fixed by Child Welfare

Child Welfare claims spouse & I are on drugs & we're not. They claim we tampered with urine samples at the lab at which we were tested. Kids were removed for positive test results which are bogus. Are test results they claim we tampered with admissable in court ? Want my babies back !!! Need to know .. please help.... Will gladly give more info by phone if needed. Thank You..

For some reason, notice of this question didn't reach my attention until 4/21 - I think we have previously been alerted to a backlog being dealt with by this "bulletin board".
