does a child 10 yrs old have any say if a parent wants to take him on a trip out of state and dose not want to go and the mom also dose not want him to go but the father is makeing him go, dose the child have any say.

Not unless the child is emancipated. The other parent, however, may intervene on the child's behalf, particularly if this parent is the custodial parent. A custodial parent may state that the trip would violate the visitation agreement, if one exists.
