Children and the wil
I am a single mother. When I make my will, what do I do in order to set up guardianship for my son?

A provision in the will can be drafted so that you name a guardian for your minor child and an alternate person to act as guardian if you wish. I can assist you with an estate plan. Please email me at [email protected]
