child's rights
At what point can a child have a right to choose her living arrangements inspite of parent wishes. Divorced parents have joint custody and child spends four days out of the week with mother and three days with father.

At 16, it is basically absolute
14 and 15, courts will bend over backwards
to accomodate the wishes of the child unless
it would be harmful to the child
at 12 and 13, the courts will listen to
the child if mature, but won't always act
on such wishes in spite of the children
