Legal Question in Family Law in New York

childs welfare

i just found out my 2 year old has been sleeping and laying in bed with my ex-girlfriends new boyfriend that she has known for only 6 weeks. I raised her 2 other kids for 3 years and didn't let them lay in bed with me. I'm afraid of the opurtunity he may have to touch her or that he may have....what can I do to keep him away from the house ?
