Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I have 2 childern one is 20 and is done with school and is working and living with me. I want this chil support to end. The other is 18 and is going to college has a job and is living on there own in another city. There college is paid for by grants and scholarships. I want to have child sent directly to this child and not to her Mother any more. Can I do this?

The only way to do this properly is to to go to family court and apply for modifications.

For the child living with you it will probably be cancelled. The other who lives alone may not be cancelled if mom can show she still provides some support.
