chilld support arrears

my ex took me to court trying to get child support arrears dimissed the judge dismissed the case ,but now he is still trying to take me back to court,i thought once a judge dismiss a case it is over,family court judge threw out the case ,this is money he owe me for back child support,he had his driver license taken last year,by the way he owe me 21,123.00 in back child support.

They say that you can file, but the judge can also dismiss it. Furthermore, some judges won't let you refile, until they review it first. The most common reason to file is that there is a change of circumstances - ie he is making less. However this does not do away with the back child support.

He is stuck.

Now, what are you doing to collect it. Does he have a job, resources.
