Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I'm a US citizen and I believe I have gotten someone pregnant in DR. I have sent her money to get an abortion and I've found out she could still possible be having the child.

-We are not married

-Is it possible she could come after me for child support?

-I'm unemployed right now but, prayerfully plain to gain employment soon.

Yes, she could come after you for child support for a child. Child support is determined by the Child Support Standards act (google that for more details), so your obligation to pay support would be calculated by a court using those standards.
