Want to know how legally I can have my girlfriend and her kids move out of my home. I reside in Long Island New york

If your girlfriend refuses to move out of your home, you can bring eviction proceedings in your local town, village, or city court. She is a tenant, and you must give her 30 days notice, since I presume she is a non-paying tenant. Then you can bring the eviction proceedings.

You should consult an attorney who does evictions in your own area.
