If your girlfriend refuses to move out of your home, you can bring eviction proceedings in your local town, village, or city court. She is a tenant, and you must give her 30 days notice, since I presume she is a non-paying tenant. Then you can bring the eviction proceedings.
You should consult an attorney who does evictions in your own area.
