Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am in a combat zone and my wife has been cheating on me and her bf moved in. What do I need to do to put them behind bars she is starting a nasty divorce and we have 5 kids together

This is not a criminal matter but a civil one.

I do not believe she can maintain an action against you for divorce while you are on active duty.

Please refer to the Soldiers and Sailors Relief Act.
