Legal Question in Family Law in New York
CS and combined incomes 80K and higher
Our combined income is 110K(50K and 60K)
In which cases they order 17% on all income and in which on only first combined 80K? The guidelines are vague and not clear.

It is safe to assume the guideline percentage will be applied on the entire combined income in your case.
