confused

i had a sex abuse charge ad it was dismiissed and the judge still says i have to take a sex offenders class is that legal even thouhg the charge was dismissed

Sounds like it wasn't dismissed, sounds like it was adjourned in contemplation of dismissal. If so one of the conditions is probably your class. Better check with the lawyer you had for the case. If you didn't have a lawyer for a sex abuse charge... well then you got what you paid for.
