Legal Question in Family Law in New York

what is considered 'reasonable child care expences'?

I have a daughter who is 7 years old. I work full time and work far from my home. NCP chose to live in another state , yet he complains that I pay too much to a sitter. I pay 170$ per week to a sitter so that my child is taken care after school or if the child is sick or school is closed. NCP doesn't agree with the amount and tries to make me look in court as if I make that up although I have all the proves for the last 3 years how much I ve been paying. The case was adjourned again and a temporary order was issued that didn't include child care expences, only basic CS until I prove that it's necessary to have such expence. Is it fair? What should I do?

I would enter into evidence the cost for two or three other day care service providers to establish that the amount you presently pay is reasonable and fair.
