Contempt of court

How do I file a petition for contempt of court against my soon to be ex husband for not obeying a court order? He gives me my temp maintenance checks whenever he feels like it and he has an obligation to repair my car and pay me gas, he hasn't done this is 3 months, my car is still not working. My attorney refuses to go after him, all he is doing is charging me more fees just to hear me complain.

I believe you mean papers regarding a violation of an order.

You just fill out the papers and file them with the clerks' office.
