Name Correspondent in Divorce

My husband is married to his job [LLP

soon to be Inc.]

Can I name LLP as correspondents.

After 20+ yrs they made it clear he

won't be partner; 60 hrs+ travel; no

time for vacation in 3 years.

Are you trying to do this pro se?

Under New York law, you need grounds for a divorce - but naming a correspondent has no effect under the domestic relations law.
