Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Court in CA gave me sole custody of my son in 2006. Decided to move to my home state in NY but stopped by my ex family home in GA for 7 weeks in May of 2006 so they can visit with our son. (Pne yr old). My ex was active duty in CA at the time living outside of base. I left GA in early Aug of 2006 bound to NY. A few months later received a letter of judgement made by Thomas county court saying that joint legal and physical custody was awarded to my ex and ample visitation for which i was responsible for. I called the ct in GA and informned them that i was no resident of that state she said it didnt matter because i didnt appear. I wasnt summoned. I requsted proof of service more than once and nothing!!! I took my order to NY court and clerk said it didnt have a judges signTure so its not valid. Ex was still residing in CA until 2009. He visited his "home of record GA during his va ation time and he claims i never fulfilled order to take our son to visit with him during thise times. He held me in contempt and my court in NY says they cant do anything for me because the father now lives officially in GA and he refuses to release "jurisdiction". Dammit my son nor i never lived there. Jus visited. My ex was th one who sued me for custody when we lived in CA. He didnt like that decision so he went to ga. What do i do. Its 2013. My so. Going to be 8. Has only visited GA. How. An they claim jurisdcition after all his time and proof we werent residents. And in reality my ex wasnt wither in 2006 when this mess began. Please help.

I would need to see all of the legal papers from California, Georgia and New York to untangle this. If you would like a consultation I would be happy to provide you with one.
