Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Court order violations for child.

My 12 yo son visits his Dad a couple of times a year. He forced our son to read the current court papers on one of his visits and constantly puts me down to him on the phone. He also sends me rude, harassing emails daily. Per our court order he is not suppossed to be discussing court/visitation issues with him or contacting me unless it is about our child. Will the courts do anything about this? Please help!

Re: Court order violations for child.

If you bring the issue to the Court's attention it will warn the father. It may also conduct a hearing to determine whether the father is in contempt of an order.
