Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Court ordered house sale

My ex has failed to sell the house that we both shared per a court order to do so. can I file papers to force her to abide by this court order. I got no help from the courts. Can I sue the courts for not helping me enforce an order that they issued?

Your lawyer in New York should take action in New York through the court to enforce the court order. Your remedy is to obtain the correct order from the court and then to properly enforce that order, not to sue the court itself. You need a lawyer that knows how to do this.
