Legal Question in Family Law in New York

In court for visitation, the childs mother refuses to cooperate. Several conferences and she refuses to show up or cooperate with court in any way. What shoudl I do? Will the court pursue this until I drop the case?

You can file a petition for a change of custody or a motion for contempt of court. If you have difficulty preparing these documents your should retain the services of an attorney to assist you with your case.
