Does my Ex still have to cover my 19yo daughter with insurance?

My 19yo daughter was recently diagnosed with a mental illness, and has taken a medical leave from school. At this point I am not sure if she will be going back in Sept or at all.

My EX is required to cover her under his insurance, but since she is over 19 and not in school full time his insurance is threatening to drop her.

Does my EX have to provide a private policy for her?

Do you have a divorce settlement?

What was provided for in the settlement agreement?

Is the child still in school?
