CPS Case Question
My roommate and I got an apartment last summer and it just us two when we moved in. In October he met his girlfriend who is a single mom of two kids. Earlier in her life the state took her kids because of drug problems. Last week she got unsupervised time with her kids but with a condition that says no unrelated third parties allowed. When I came home from work today her CPS worker saw me there. She originally said that i could be home just couldn't be in the same room as the kids. That must not be the case. In the case that I don't have another place to live is it my responsibility to find another place or is it her responsibility to find another place to spend the time with her kids. My name is on the lease and hers is not. Is there anything about the fact that he stopped by and I was there that can affect me later on in life. I did not sign anything with regards to her getting her unsupervised visits so I feel it should be her responsibility to meet the rules that were given to her. If I knew I could not keep living here then I would never sign for it.

Re: CPS Case Question
dont worry so much - generally such offices tend to be very reasonable...
you have nothing to worry about, and do not think about moving as of yet, till the issue comes up with CPS - which i doubt it ever will!
much luck!
