Credit Card Debt NY
I am married and living apart.My spouse and I do not have any joint credit cards. Am I responsible for his credit card debt?

No.
Of course if you signed or had a card with him on any time and took your name off the card after the debt was incurred, or if there is fraud(he buys stuff for you on the card) then there might be a problem. Otherwise, he is responsible for his own debt.
