Crossing state line
My niece (who's both parents are
deceased) is expecting her first
child..there is a good possibility,due
to his infidelity and abuse,she will
come live with me..They now live in
New York,I live in New
Jersey...according to my gps we live
50.1 miles apart...will that present a
problem when they go to court ?

She needs to live in NJ for one year in order to file for divorce in a NJ court.
