Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am the custodial parent of our daughter... but currently still in court to determine a visitation schedule. I however would like to start my daughter in daycare, so she is exposed to kids her own age and learn as well. the day i am planning on sending her follows state curriculum which will allow her to be educated at an early age.

My question is who should pay for her daycare.??? I am a full time student and do no work. I am living with my mom until i can stand on my own two feet.

Thank You

Whilte you don't say why you're in court, whether it's as part of a divorce or a family court proceeding, part of the process should be setting of child support. Day care expenses are handled as part of the child support calculations.
