Legal Question in Family Law in New York

If a custodial parent falls upon hardtimes and move in with the non-custodial parent yet still receiving child support from the non-custodial parent. Can the non-custodial parent regain the monetary amount that's been deducted from her paycheck since everyone involved (custodial parent and two children) were residenting with the non-custodial parent for a period of 9 months.

No, the obligation to pay contiues despite that. If you were still in the same home permanently, the amount would be the same.
