Custody and adoption
My 15 year old brother got a 16 year old girl pregnant. The girls parents want to give the baby up for adoption to strangers. My parents want to take custody of the baby.Do we have any rights here?

Fathers have to agree to give up their rights when an adoption occurs, also until the adoption finally goes through he may be able to withdraw his consent.
I believe the court will allow the father and his parents to keep and raise his child.
