Can a mother win full custody based on the father being married and having other children (unbeknowst to the mother)?

While this can be used as one factor in determining who has custody that fact alone is not determinative. You need to speak to an attorney or a paralegal help organization to see what your best course of action may be. You would probably need more than those facts to cut off the father's right.
