Can i get custody back?

I was divorced about 2 years ago and my ex husband got custody of our daughter by default im guessing because i didn't get a lawyer (couldn't afford one) and was just going to go to court myself. I never received any mail stating dates and times for court hearings. There are more concerns to the situation but im keeping it short. Do i have a chance at getting custody back?

It depends on the agreement that you had with your ex-husband (if any), it depends on the final judgment of divorce and many other factors. You need to consult a lawyer who will review your documents and advise you accordingly.
