custody
if my kid lived with my mom for 7yrs due to my illness and now i want her back because i am ready and she is unfit to raise my child how do i get my kid back

Go to family court and file for a change of custody. You better be ready however to prove your allegations. Get your mom on tape admitting to using drugs while watching the kids and that will help.
Hire an attorney who knows how to run an investigation. Next thing you know he might find her source of supply and which could be used against her at the hearing on custody.
