Custody

I'm live in NY and my ex-wife wants to move to Florida with my son. Is there anything I can do to stop this? She has custody of him. Help!

If you have credible evidence that your ex intends to move from the jurisdiction with your son you may petition the Family Court to either enforce your right of visition or, in the alternative, awarding custody should she leave the jurisdiction.
