custody to a non-parent

How much chance do I have of getting custody of my ex-husbands daughter who is being put up for adoption?

There is always a chance. But you must work hard. Visit her every day. Certify yourself for adoption (ACS can explain this to you.)

If you can, get yourself listed as a relative. This may not be possible.

Your ex can help if he wants to. He can have you made her 'guardian'. Are you on good terms with his family? That can help very much.

Good luck.
